Page Navigation

At the top of each page, just below the page title, you'll find navigation tools that help you move through the content. These tools make it easy to find and manage items on the page.

Search bar

Starting at the top, there's a search bar for locating items by name.

Filters

Under the search bar are located filters. You can filter the items on the page by the categories, specific to them. For example, in Room Displays, you can filter by Floor, Zone, Configuration, and more.

Categories

Items can be arranged by different categories, as shown in the table. Here in Room Displays, we can see that the list can be sorted by FlowscapeID, Name, and Description.

If you don't see the category you need, you can manage categories by clicking the three dots on the right. This action opens a list of available categories for the page. You can select the categories you want to view and deselect those you want to hide.

Reset Filters

To reset your applied filters or sorting, you can click on the icon on the right.

View and Edit items

You can view and edit items by clicking on them on the list. This will open the Edit menu. If you've made any changes, you can save them by clicking "Update". 

Add new item

Some pages allow adding items by clicking the + icon. This opens the Add menu.

Bulk edit and bulk delete

You can select multiple objects, by checking the boxes on their left. This enables the "Bulk edit" and "Bulk delete" options.

Export file

To download the list of items, click the downward arrow icon.
