The configurations determine the features to show up on your room displays. The room display configuration also sets the version of the room display belonging to this configuration and if you have automatic update enabled all your room displays will automatically update to the version you select for the room display configuraiton.
Different configurations are possible for different room displays.
For example: You may want to have some room displays that anyone can book on screen, and some that can only be booked through the app or calendar system. This is possible by giving the room displays different configurations.
You can change a configuration by clicking on the item you want to edit.
- Change settings
- Click “Update” to confirm changes.
Create new configuration
To create a new configuration, click on the blue “+” button in the top right corner.
- Select settings for your new configuration
- Click “Update” to confirm the changes.
You can now change room panels in your office to the new configuration.
Download the configuration information
Click on the "↓" icon in the top right corner.
