With "Reported Issues", you are able to follow up on all Issues reported from the mobile apps or directly in the portal. A crucial part of this process is to change the status of the issue report. This will help you organize what has been done and what needs to be fixed.
- If a Issue Report has been fixed or is in progress. you can edit this by clicking on the issue. This will open the Edit menu
Select the new status for the error report in the drop-down menu. Click on "Update" to save the changes.
To organize the reports you can filter them by status.
