Issue reports created by users in the Flowscape apps will be shown to the Flowscape Portal. This will give an overview of tings that needs attention in your office.
Starting from the top you can see a search bar. Here you can search for a specific issue.
Beneath it are the filters you can use to find issues with specific properties.
Right on top of the asset list, you will see some different categories. You can sort issues by category. Just click on the category you are looking for and the table will sort automatically in alphabetic order.
For a full view of an issue, you can click on it. This will open the Update menu.
With "Reported Issues", you can:
- Write more information about the broken item
- Give the Fault report a status, which shows if the problem is fixed, in progress or done.

If an Issue Report is created in the system, it's shown on the in the apps.
