You are able to integrate the Flowscape system with your own active directory and calendar.
The directories you integrate in this menu are the same ones that are shown in the "Create user" menu.
Create new a integration
To create a new integration, click on the "+" icon in the "Directories and Calendars" menu.
This action opens a Create menu. Here you can see all the integrations, supported by Flowscape.
Integrating Office 365
When you choose to add Office 365 you will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.
Here you need to enter your admin credentials.
Once the login is completed, you can go back to the Directories and Calendars menu and update the information in your new directory.
You can change the name and description, and enable directory sync.

Directory sync
This gives you the ability to sync your entire active directory with the Flowscape system.
!Keep in mind this is an advanced option:
Every user that is in this directory will be automatically added to the User table in Flowscape, without them having to sign in.
Keep in mind that users in your directory don't need to be added in to be able to log in to the Flowscape system. However, they won't be a user in the system until they sign in.
To enable this, you need to move the Directory sync toggle and also click on "Grant user sync permission".
This action will open another Microsoft login page.
Delete a directory or calendar
Select the item you want to delete and click on the Delete icon on the top right.
