Please follow this guide when claiming warranty repair of room panels
- Verify that the panel is broken by taking corrective action according to table 1. below

- If this does not resolve the issue, you will need to send the panel for repair.
Please supply details as requested below and include a printout of this form in the shipment.
If you have not already done so, make sure you have a valid ticket number in our support system for this warranty claim by sending an email to support@flowscape.se describing the problem.
Ship the faulty panel to the following address using a method that provide a tracking no and supply tracking number and carrier in this support ticket. This needs to be done within TWO weeks after receiving this instruction, after this date the RMA will be invalid and you will need to apply for a new RMA number.
When performing repairs there is always a risk that any information stored will be wiped, please document any settings before sending in the unit. The MAC address may also change.
We currently recommend NOT to use PostNord, as we experience delays when using this method.
