User Roles

The roles available in the Flowscape system are Housekeeper admin, Analytics admin, User admin, Office admin, and Global admin.

Different users have access to different pages in the portal. Users can have more than one role. For example, if a user is an Office admin and a User admin they will have access to both the "Company" category and the "Users" category.

My Page

Users don't need to be assigned a role to access this page.

Supervision

Global admins and Office admins have access to this page.

Company

Global admins and Office admins have access to this category.

"Company" includes the pages "Regions", "Sites", "Offices", "Floors", "Zones", "External links", and "Settings".

Users

Global admins and User admins can access this category.

"Users" includes the pages "Users", "Teams", and "Consent".

Assets

Global admins and Office admins have access to this category.

"Assets" includes the pages "Assets", "Asset Configurations", "Asset Types", "Asset Purposes", and "Points of interest".

Devices

Global admins and Office admins have access to this category.

"Devices" includes the pages "Sensors", "Room Displays", "Kiosk Displays", "Room Display Configurations", and "Kiosk Display Configurations".

Integrations

Only Global admins have access to this category.

"Integrations" includes the pages "Directories and Calendars" and "Sensor Providers".

Map Editor

Global admins and Office admins have access to this category.

The MapEditor is an integrated part of the Flowscape Portal and allows you to edit your map directly in the Flowscape Portal.

FlowAnalytics

Global admins and Analytics admins have access to this category.

Reported Issues

Global admins and Housekeeper admins have access to this category.
