This feature allows you to add specific skills to users. There are three different types of skills: Fire warden, First Aid, and IT Support. If one or more skills are added to a user, the icon will be visible next to the user's name on the name tag.
To add skills, navigate to the ‘Users’ menu and click on a user. This will open the ‘Update User menu’.
Select the skills you want to add from the ‘Skills’ dropdown and click on the ‘Update’ button.
Locating colleagues
When you’re using the Flowscape Web App, Billboard or Mobile App, you’ll see these skills displayed on a user’s name tag. The information indicates the desk assigned to them, but keep in mind that the person might not be at their desk at that moment— this just shows where they’re usually located.
