Permissions governs which functions you are able to access with your role. You can view them in the description column under “Roles” in the Flowscape portal.
Here follows a brief description of the user Roles:
Super Admin
This role gives access to all of the functions in the Flowscape portal, including managing users, components and configurations. Super admin is a role for those who need access to the more detailed system configurations.
Admin
This role has access to (read & manage) company structure (Sites, Buildings, Floors, Rooms and Desks), components (Sensors, Room panels, Billboards) and users. The role also allows access to reports. The fundamental difference between admin and super admin is that admin cannot Read or manage system configurations and permissions.
Supervisor
This role has access to reading company structure (Sites, Buildings, Floors, Rooms and Desks), components (sensors, room panels) and supervision. A user with this role cannot edit or change any settings, only supervise. Supervisor cannot read or manage employees or users in the system.
Supervisor can:

Reports
This role has access to reports (Rooms and Desks reports). This means that a user with this role only has access to the menu tab “Reports” in the system, and can create reports as well.

Housekeeper
This role has access to the Housekeeper section of the portal and cannot access any other functions. This role is helpful for the user that is responsible for house keeping issues at the office, but does not need access to any other functions in the system.

Reports & Supervision
Access to reports & supervision. A user with this role has a combination of both “Supervisor” and “reports”. This means that the user can access both supervision and the report function in the Flowscape portal.
