Reports enables you to extract statistics about how the office is used. Access to the report section of the Flowscape portal is governed by your ROLE. The two factors that you can measure are:
- % of the time an area is occupied
- % of the time an area is booked/reserved

Here we have extracted data from two bookable rooms in an office, stretching over one week.
Here we have a bar graph showing Booking (red).
The horizontal axis sorts the data after month/day/hour, depending on the timespan you choose. In this example, the time span selected is between March 22 2019 and March 29 2019.
the vertical axis shows % of booking during office hours. Where 100% means that the room has been booked completely during office hours and 0% means that no one has booked the room during office hours.
Here we can see that, the rooms where booked in a relative low extent, which can be an indicator that the room utilization can be improved.
This information can be useful if you want to know how well integrated the app and billboard is in your workplace. This can also give an indication if you need more available space in your office. If the report shows you that almost all rooms are booked during office hours there is a risk that you have a shortage of space in your office.
