Supervise Room Panels

This section gives you information about the status of the room panels in your office.

Room Panel turns to “NO REQUEST” after 1 minute without contact.

The columns 

The supervision for Room panels indicate if the room panel lost contact with the system.

The columns Location and Last active can provide you with relevant information. 

Location - shows you where in the office the sensor is located, this makes it easier for you to find the sensor. Because location only shows building and floor, the room panel name can give you the information about which room the room panel is connected to.

For example, this room panel has the name "Nature" in the list:

• Swich to the menu tab "room panels"

• Find the room panel in the list
• Click on the gear and then "edit item"
• Here, you will find which room the room panel is connected to. 

Last active - Shows you the last time the room panel was connected, and can give an indication of when the room panel went offline. 

Export data

You can export a list of the sensors by clicking on "Export"
