Before starting this guide, please make sure you have done all necessary preparations in your O365 system. Here are instructions for how to do that.
Please note that at the moment it is required to have assigned all rooms "full access rights" BEFORE connecting to O365 otherwise it might take up to a week for rooms to sync. Make sure you have followed the steps linked above before proceeding.
Step 1. Connect to O365 in Flowscape Admin portal (Graph).
Login to the Flowscape admin portal. Login and credentials are supplied to you by Flowscape. If you are missing this information, please contact Flowscape at support@flowscape.se
- Go to "Configurations", "Calendar" and press the "CONNECT OFFICE 365" button.
- Login with the service account.
- Once logged in you will be prompted with a question asking you to accept the permissions requested for the Flowscape application. Please press button "accept" in order to continue.
- If you are asked for admin approval, please proceed by signing in with an admin account and accepting the permissions. Once that is done you will need to start over from the beginning of this step (5) and disconnecting and connecting again to Office 365.
If you get this message you need to login with an O365 admin account to accept the permissions. Once that is done, please start again at the beginning of this step.
- The connection to your O365 is now done, please proceed to setting up the user sign in.
Step 6. Configure External User Store (Sign in using Oauth2)
If you only have room panels, you can skip this step.
- In the Flowscape portal, go to "Configuration", "User Store" and select "CONFIGURE FOR AZURE AD (MULTI TENANT).
- Select configuration and press "SUBMIT CONFIG".
Step 7. Configure User Sign In (Who can login to the system)
If you only have room panels, you can skip this step.
- In the Flowscape portal, go the "Configuration", "User Sign In" and select "Add tenant".
- Add the Tentant ID from step 4. You can add as many Tenant IDs as you want by clicking the "ADD TENANT" button.
- Once you are done, please press the "SUBMIT CONFIG" button.
Congratulations. You are now done with connecting to your O365. You can find more guides for how to proceed setting up the system here.
