Understanding contacts

In contacts you can find the system's all registered users, groups, your chats and your own profile.

The users and groups you can access under the menu tab users are controlled by your own role.

Either you see all users who are included in your organization's systems or only those users who are in the same groups that you belong to.
Either you see all groups or just the groups you belong to.

Under the menu tab chats you find all your chats. In contacts you can chat with other users one-to-one outside any case. Also roles and access levels don´t apply to chat. To start a chat, click on a user's profile. At the bottom of the profile is a message box. Start a chat by writing a message in the box.

Under the menu tab my profile you will find the information about you as a user in C-One. Text marked blue is active and if you for example click on latest case you are redirected there.
