Case A case is a virtual workspace that can contain both users and all types of media. Users in a case can communicate with each other.
Chat Users can chat with each other in a chat. No Roles or access levels apply in chat.
Filter A filtring function to find specific content, for example all reports or cases between two dates or all users called Mary.
GEO position Geographic information about where a report was sent from, where a pin needle has been placed or where a user is located geographically.
Group Users can be grouped together into a group. It makes it easier and faster to add for example the security team or the team on call to a case.
Map Map view where GEO tagged information is shown. E.g a user or a report.
Report A report is a message for example a picture and a text sent by a user. A report can be added to a case.
User A person registered in C-One is referred to as a User.
Web based view The SAM-view is web based with access over the Internet. C-One supports primarily Chrome and Safari.
