In a case you have a map view showing reports, users, and locations added in the case. For reports and users to be displayed in the map view, the settings for location must be enabled in the user's phone.
Reports are displayed on the site where they were added from. If you don´t have coverage when you add a report, it will be added when you regain coverage with the position you were at when the report was created.
Users are shown on the map with the position they had when they were last active in the app eg logged in or added a report to a case. If there are multiple reports in the same position a number is shown on the map with the total number of reports from that position. By zooming in, you will see the individual reports.
If a report is shown with a red circle around it, that means an acknowledgement is requested for the report and it has not yet been acknowledged.
By clicking on a report in the map you display the report id and when it was created. Click again to get to the report.
By clicking on a user comes the user profile is displayed.
You can mark specific locations on the map without being in the location your self using the menu option add pin. You can choose between different pins with different symbols, for example, specify a meeting point, a roadblock or something.
