CREATE NEW TASK
You can make a report to a task by clicking on the reports three-point menu.
- Enter "Task status"
- Select task status
- Click send to save changes
- The report will now show under the menu tab "Tasks" in Case menu.
HANDLE TASKS
You can change task status and task assignees in existing tasks by entering "tasks" in the Case menu.
Assign task to a user:
- Enter the menu tab "tasks"
- Select the task you want to process
- Click "assign users"
- Select user and click the button where it says "Unassigned", it automatically changes to "Assigned"
- Click send to save
Select the status of a task:
- Enter the menu tab "tasks"
- Select the action you want to process
- Click on task status as shown above
- Select the type of task status you want to use
- Click "OK" to save
Edit tasks through "My tasklist"
Enter the menu tab "my tasks" in the main menu to edit tasks that has been assigned to you.
