Communicate with a user (ios)

In the C-One there are some different ways you can communicate with other users.

• In a case, you can communicate with all users who are in the same case. You do this by writing messages in the content feed.
• You can also pay attention to a special user in the case of a message you are writing. You do this by writing @ user time in the case. Then everyone in the case can see the message, but there is a special notification to the user you specified by writing @ user time.

CHAT WITH A USER

You can start chat conversations with other C-One users by accessing my page / chats

Write messages in existing chats by clicking on the desired chat.

Start a new chat by clicking the "plus sign" in the righthand corner, at the top of the page.

• Type your message and start the chat
