Room Configuration

The room configuration is used to enable/disable the Confirmation (Check-in) functionality per room. 

If "Enable Meeting Confirmation" is selected the rooms with this configuration will get the check-in strategy configured under Configuration - Meeting. More details here. 

If "Enable Meeting Confirmation on Rooms Panel" is selected the rooms with this configuration will have the confirm (check-in) functionality on the room panel. In order to enable confirmation (check-in) on room panel both check boxes need to be selected.

Please note that for the T220 room panel the confirm (check-in) functionality is enabled under Room Panel Configuration in portal. If you have T220 panels, please do not check the "Enable Meeting Confirmation on Rooms Panel" for the rooms that have T220 panels. More details here. 

The Room Configuration is assigned to each room.
