A user
A user is usually a person registered in C-One, but it may also be a function, e.g. emergency operator. A user must have a unique ID, a unique email address and a unique mobile number. A person can have multiple users.
A user is invited
Users are invited into C-One via email or they register themselves directly in the app.
A user gets a role
All users in C-One get a role. The user role controls what users can see and do in C-One. A user's role is made up of a bundle of system rights and an access level. The roles in your system is determined by the administrator of your C-One system.
Active or blocked
A user can be active or blocked. A blocked user can not log into C-One. An active user can login. The administrator of your C-One platform can activate or block users.
User Profile
Each user has a user profile in C-One. The more data that is recorded in the profile the easier it is to know who is communicating and thus perceive the message of communication. By clicking on a user you bring up the user's detailed profile.
On the user's profile picture there is a dot indicating whether the user is online (green dot) or offline (gray dot).
If a user has email address and phone number in the user profile these are active links. Click on them to call or email the user.
In the profile you will find information about the user's role, group memberships and access level.
At the bottom of the profile view, you can start a chat with a user by typing a message.
