Uploading official documents and sharing them in Cases is an efficient way to share important information with users. Official documnets will be sorted under the menu tab "Documents" in the Case menu. Instead of attaching documents to reports that easily gets lost in the Case History, important documents can be shared and viewed in their own tab.
Anyone who is added to the Case has access to the uploaded document.

View Documents in Case
To view official documents that has been added to a Case, click on the menu tab "Documents"
- Click on a document to open it
View document-tree in Admin
A document-tree functions as a filing system for all documents.
- You can view the document-tree by entering the Admin view/Reports and cases/Documents
- View a folder that existist within another folder by clicking on the arrow next to the folder name.
- If documents are added to the folder, this will show in the window "files"
