In C-One access levels are a way to control who gets permission to see which reports and cases.
It is possible to have have unlimited access levels in C-One, but practically it is difficult to manage more than 3-5 levels. Access levels are hierarchically ordered. You name your own access levels, but names are limited to a maximum of 10 characters.
This is how it works
Each user in C-One has an access level. All reports and cases in C-One also has an access level. When the user's access level is the same or higher than a report´s or a case´s access level, the user can see the report or access the case.
But if the user's access level is lower than a report´s or a case´s access level the user will not get to see the report or case.
Please note: In the details view in the Android and iPhone apps this applies to all added reports, but it does not apply to text messages written in the details view.
