You can use case type to categorize your case. For the user it labels the case. It facilitates sorting and filtering of cases. You can create your own case types, use the type options available or chose not to use case types at all. Here are some examples of what a case type can be; info, incident or checklist.
Add a new Case type
- Click on the menu tab case types
- Click add
- Fill in Case custom type name
- Choose colour
- Choose image, this will be shown as the image for all Cases with the chosen Case-type
- Click Submit
