Here is how you handle reports:
- Select a report by clicking on it. The chosen report´s details will open to the right.
- Now you can click the 3-dot menu to access different report options.
- Click the Cases: 1 link to see any cases that the report has been assigned to.
- In the textbox you can write a report comment. It is a comment that will be associated with the report.
- Use the # button to add fast comments.
- You can use the adjustment icon to rotate the picture or video in the report.
Report menu
- Edit report to change the access and priority levels of the report.
- Assign a report to an existing case.
- Assign to new case. Read about creating a new case HERE.
Acknowledgements
- Request ack. or revoke acknowledgments on the report in the three-point menu.
Start a chat with a user
If more information about a report is needed, you can comment and chat with the user directly in the report.
- Click on the menu tab reports
- Choose report
- Write a message or read a message
- Click send to message the user
If the report is signed to a case, the chat can still be seen and you can continue with the dialogue.
- Click on the name of the report
- A new window will open in your browser
- Write a message or read a message
- Click send to message the user
Send comments and chat messages
Send comments and chat messages can be done by clicking "CTR + enter" on your keyboard instead of clicking "send"
