Messages sent in C-One are called reports. A report can contain a media such as a picture, video, audio, a file or a text.
If the user sending the report has activated the device location settings the report“s GEO position will be known and the report will be displayed on the map in SAM.
There are two ways of sending reports in the system. A report can be sent to the reports inbox in SAM (management view) or added directly to a case.
If sent to the reports inbox in SAM it will be visible to users (operator/ dispatcher) with a role allowing access to SAM. If added to a case the report will be visible to the users in that case and in SAM. However the report access level can limit the visibility to just some users in the case.
