Contact Tracing Report

Due to GDPR the Contact Tracing Report has restricted access. If you like to have access to this report please contact Flowscape support.

You find the report under COVID Reports. Click on the Contact Tracing Report.

This is a table based report where you have the functions stated in the picture below.

Start by selecting the data set you like to look at. Click on the filter option up to the right and select the filter you like to use.

Then select the column filters you like. The first step is usually to find out where the Covid-19 infected person has been sitting. Then start to filter User column with that person's e-mail address. Click the down arrow on the User column -> select Filter -> type in the user's e-mail address in the field below upper Is equal to -> push Filter.

After you got a list of all the desk the infected person has been using you need to filter out day by day the other persons that has been sitting close to the infected person.

Either you just take the desks within a certain distance or all desks in the same zone, floor or building. If you are looking after desks within a certain range you need to look at the Flowmap in e.g. the web app to see which desks that are within the range. Note the desk names and then you can use the Contact Tracing Report to see who has been sitting there.

Filter the columns on both Date and Desk. If you are looking for persons in the same zone you filter columns on Date and Zone. Make sure you spell the Desk and Zone names correctly.
