User Information

Under "user information" you are able to see all the information that is saved and logged for the users in the flowscape system. Here, you can view:

• First name and family name of user

• Email Adress - This is the email that is registered for the user in the flowscape system. 

• Visibility - Shows if the user if visible for other users in the system or invisible for other system users.

• Last login - shows the last time the user was logged in to the flowscape system 

• Devises - shows if the user uses Android or iOS. 

ACTIVITY AND USER HISTORY

You can view a users activity by clicking on the gear and then "Show activity"

Here, you can view information about

• Action - which type of action the user has performed
• Device type - shows how the user accessed the system, if it was through the Webb-app or Phone. 
• Device detailes - Shows information about the device that was used when the user logged in to the system. 
• Date - shows the time stamp of when the user entered the system. 

If you want to go back to the main page, click on "USER INFORMATION" in the top right corner.

You can export a list of activity to Excel by clicking on "EXPORT" in the top right corner.
