In the Flowscape portal, you can add new sites, buildings, floors and zones to the list.
Note: For the new sites, buildings, floors and zones to appear on the map you need to change the map configuration of your office. So if you create for example, a new floor through the flowscape portal, you will not be able to see it on the map.
Site
Add a new site under the menu tab "Sites" and then click on "ADD NEW SITE"
- Select name, this name will be displayed in the portal, app, billboard and webmap.
- Select panel time zone.
- Click on "Save" to create.
Building
You can add a new building by clicking on the menu tab "Buildings" and then click on "ADD NEW BUILDINGS"
- Select building name, this will be displayed on the billboard, app and webmap.
- Select the site that the building belongs to, you can only choose between existing sites in the system.
- Click "SAVE" to create.
Floors
You can add a new floor by clicking on the menu tab "Floors" and then click on "ADD NEW FLOOR"
- Select floor name, this will be displayed in the Webmap, billboard and app.
- Select building that the new floor is placed in, you can only choose between existing buildings.
- Select floor abbreviation, this will not be shown in the app, billboard or webmap but can help you structure all your floors in the flowscape portal.
- Select floor level, this is always the level of the floor in the building.
- Click "SAVE" to create.
Zones
You can add a new zone by clicking on the menu tab "Zones" and then click on "ADD NEW ZONE"
- Select Zone name, this will be displayed on the billboard if the zone is selected to be visible.
- Select which floor the zone will belong to, you can only choose between existing floors.
- Select if you want the zone to be visible or not. If you check in visibility, the zones will be displayed on the map, like the picture above. if visibility is left un-checked, the users will see the detailed map directly. Read more HERE.
- Click "SAVE" to confirm changes.
