Add new region, site, office, floor and zone

In the Flowscape portal, you can add new sites, offices, floors, and zones to the list.

Note: For the new sites, offices, floors and zones to appear on the map you need to change the map configuration of your office. So if you create, for example, a new floor through the Flowscape portal, you will not be able to see it on the map. 

Region

To add a new region select the menu tab "Regions" and then click on the "+" icon.

Site

To add a new site select the menu tab "Sites" and then click on the "+" icon.

• Write the name and optional description. Note that this name will be displayed in the portal, app, billboard and Webapp. 
• Select the region, country and time zone. 
• Click on "Create" to add the new site to the list. 

Offices

To add a new office select the menu tab "Offices" and then click on the  "+" icon.

• Write the name and optional description. Note that this name will be displayed in the portal, app, billboard and Webapp. 

• Select the region, site and capacity of the office. 
• Click on "Create" to add the new office. 
• After you have added the floors (see below), navigate back to Offices and select default floor for the office you created.

Floors

To add a new floor select the menu tab "Floors" and then click on the  "+" icon.

• Select the floor name, this will be displayed on the Webapp, billboard and app. 

• Select the office that the new floor is placed in, you can only choose between existing buildings. 
• Select floor abbreviation, this will only be shown in the mobile app. It can also help you structure all your floors in the Flowscape portal. 
• Select floor level, this is always the level of the floor in the building. 
• Click "Create" to add the new floor. 

Zones

To add a new zone select the menu tab "Zones" and then click on the  "+" icon.

• Select Zone name, this will be displayed on the billboard if the zone is selected to be visible. 

• Select which floor the zone will belong to. You can only choose between existing floors.
• Select if you want the zone to be visible or not. If you check visibility, the zones will be displayed on the map. If visibility is left unchecked, the zone will not be visible on zone-view. If all the zones are not visible, the users will see the detailed map directly. Read more HERE.  
• Click "Create" to confirm changes.
