Users Overview

Under "user information" you are able to see all the information that is saved and logged for the users in the Flowscape system. Here, you can view:

• First name and family name of the user

• Email address - This is the email that is registered for the user in the Flowscape system. 

• Department - The department the user belongs to, for users that are synced with an active directory this will be automatically populated from the active directory and cannot be modified in the Flowscape system.
• Directory and Calendar - Shows the directory the user belongs to, for example Microsoft or Flowscape (if the user has been manually created in the Flowsacpe system)
• System user - Indicating if the user is a normal user or a system account. 

• Visibility - Shows if the user is visible to other users in the system or invisible to other system users. 

• Last login - shows the last time the user was logged in to the Flowscape system
