The Flowscape room display is stationed outside the meeting rooms of your office. It shows a schedule of upcoming meetings booked through the calendar system, billboard, or app. It’s also possible to book instant meetings directly on the screen.

Add New Room Display
To add a new room display you need to clock on the "+'icon. This will open the Create menu.
With the Flowscape Portal, you can:
- Change room display name - this will not be shown on the room display but can help in your portal organization.
- Change configurations to your room display - Configurations govern what features will be available on the room dispaly, for example, possiblilty to book, extend or cancel meetings.
- View features of the meeting room - The room display shows equipment, name, and number of seats of the room it's connected to.
The columns
In Use - If the value of this column is "Yes", this means that it is in use. If it is "No", the room display is logged out and not in use.
Edit Room Display
You can change the name of a room display by clicking on it in the list. This will open the Edit menu.
Here you can change the name, description, location, and configuration of the room display. Click "Update" to confirm the changes.
Note: The display name will only be shown in the portal. To change the name displayed on the room display, you need to edit the room name in the Assets menu. Learn more about assets HERE.
Room display and connection to Company structure
The room display is the meeting room's overview screen. The room display gets connected to the room in your company structure when you choose a room on the room list.
Information about the room is shown on the room display when it is connected to a room.
The name of the room in the company structure will be the name displayed on the room display.
