You can delete a user by clicking on their name in the list. This will open the user menu.
In the user menu, click Delete in the bottom to remove the user from the system. A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure the action is intentional, as deleting a user is permanent.
When you delete a user, the following will happen:
- User information: All information about the user, including their name, email, role, department, and other personal details, will be permanently deleted from the system.
- Anonymous activity: Any activity, bookings, or logs associated with the user will remain in the system for reporting purposes but will be anonymized. This ensures data integrity while protecting the privacy of the deleted user.
- Access removal: The user will immediately lose access to the system, and their account cannot be restored.
Once you confirm the deletion, the process is irreversible.
