If you are pushing out the software using an MDM software the client might be experiencing startup-trouble of the Flowscape-Assistant.
There are 2 probably causes to this issue:
- Missing Flowscape Assistant
Check on the client-PC that the Flowscape-Assistant has been installed.
You can check this by asking the user to start the software manually, if this works then this is fine. (The software is usually installed in C:\Program Files\flowscape-assistant).
If the software is missing, then you need to check your MDM-software's configuration. - Missing registry key
The Flowscape-Assistant was installed but has not started up automatically after the installation.
This first automatic app-start always happens on all computers where you don't have problems.
This first automatic app-start never happens on any computer where you see this problem.
The lack of the first start means that this registry-key for auto-start most probably has not been created yet:
Path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
String Value: electron.app.Flowscape Assistant
String Data: C:\Program Files\flowscape-assistant\Flowscape Assistant.exe
To fix this on a single client-PC, start the Flowscape-Assistant manually once to create the registry-key.
To fix this for all client-PCs, a solution might be to push the registry-key out (to all clients or only those that have the issue.
