You can reach the Office Settings by selecting any of the existing offices and clicking on the 'Settings' tab.
Here you can navigate and configure key settings to optimize your workspace experience on an Office level.
Use Custom Company Settings
This option enables you to define specific settings for the selected building. These settings will override the general company settings, allowing tailored configurations for this location.
Position Feature
A feature flag that enables the positioning functionality. This feature can be assigned to individual buildings as needed.
Enforce Capacity
With this setting, bookings will be restricted once the office's maximum capacity is reached. This ensures adherence to capacity limits and prevents overbooking.
Activate Multiple Desk Bookings
Allows users to book more than one asset type.
Issue Reporting Email
The email address to which all issue reports for this office will be sent.
Sender Email Address
The email address used to send out notifications from the office system.
Select workdays
You can define workdays via the portal. This can be used to configure the notifications to not be sent on a non-workday.
