When a room is booked using the calendar system (e.g., Outlook, smartphone app, desktop app), a manual check-in via the Room Panel is required before the meeting begins. If no check-in is performed, the booking will be automatically canceled, and the room will become available for others to use.
Please note that the check-in feature is optional and needs to be activated in the portal settings if you wish to use it. Click here to find out how to activate this setting.
