Factory-reset and upgrade a Yealink roompanel

Factory-reset

1. To get to the Yealink menu, press the litte arrow-button on the right of the screen, or swipe down from the top.

2. System

3. Password = 0000

4. Reset to factory

5. Language = English 

6. Wired network - Next

6. Time Zone = Stockholm

8. Auto-upgrade = NO / disabled

9. UC Provider: Enable green tick on Flowscape-icon !

DONE.

10. Press Forward-button to start the Flowscape-App. 

Connect roompanel to the server and link to the room

11. Server: <server-URL>   Port: 443

12. Login: device credentials (ask the Flowscape admin)

13. Room: Select the room you would like to connect the roompanel to.

Done.

Upgrading the Flowscape-app

1. Log into the roompanel (get device credentials from your Flowscape admin)

   Click here for a PDF (page 3).

2. Press "Update Panel Software".

Done.
