How to load Flowscape firmware onto Yealink

1. Download the firmware file RoomPanel-147.520.0.2 (892.85MB) onto your laptop.
2. Connect your laptop to the same network that the roompanel is connected to.
3. Only unboxed hardware: Start the panel and select language and time zone.
4. Swipe down from the top and select the cogwheel to see the settings.
5. Select "about" to see the panels IP adress. Example "IPv4 192.168.1.197".

Update the Yealink (PDF):

1. Enter the IP adress in a web browser on a laptop (must be on same network).
   Example "https://192.168.1.197" (ensure it is https and not http!)
2. You will get a warning that the connection is not private.
   Show advanced options select "proceed to https://xxxxxxxx"
3. Enter the login "admin / 0000"
4. Select "system"
5. Select "update"
6. Under "Manual Update" you will find " Stored Firmware". Next to it is "Select File", press it and select the file "RoomPanel-147.520.0.2.rom" from your laptop.
7. The panel will then need to be left alone for 6-8 minutes to complete the firmware update.
8. On the panel: select language, time zone (such as "Stockholm"), select "Flowscape" after that.
   Server/Port and room selection might be required, contact your Flowscape admin for that.
