This article describes how to prepare the Windows Jump Server which will be used to access the Linux Flowscape Server.
The Jump Sever can be setup and managed by the customer or we can use an existing server managed by Flowscape.
Windows Server
Server Requirements
These are the server requirements for the Window Server.
CPU - Minimum: 4 vCPUs (2.4 GHz or higher)
RAM - Minimum: 8 GB
Disk space - Minimum: 64 GB dedicated for Flowscape storage (Windows OS excluded)
The Flowscape Operation Team must have remote access to the Windows Server.
The Windows Server must have access to the Linux Server on ports 22, 443 and 5432 TCP.

Install the following applications on the Windows Server:

Bitvise SSH Client - Latest

pgAdmin 4 - v9.3
Google Chrome - Latest

Notepad++ - Latest

If you have successfully completed the tasks above, you should now be able to provide the information below. This information will be required when installing the Flowscape Solution. Fill in the information and send it to your Flowscape contact person:

Have you setup a new server or would you like to use an existing server managed by Flowscape?
If you have set up a new Jump Server - please provide instruction on how the Flowscape Operation Team can access the Windows server from remote.
If you would like to use the existing server managed by Flowscape - please provide instruction on how the Flowscape Operation Team can access the Linux server from remote.
