Jump Server

The Jump Sever can be setup and managed by the customer or we can use an existing server managed by Flowscape.

Server Requirements:

• Operating System: Windows

• CPU: 4 vCPUs (2.4 GHz or higher)

• RAM: 8 GB

• Disk space: 64 GB dedicated for Flowscape storage (Windows OS excluded)

• Access to the Flowscape Server on ports 22, 443 & 5432 TCP

• Remote access required

Flowscape Server

Server Requirements:

• Operating System:

  • Linux

• Supported Linux Distributions:

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 (Latest tested version 9.6)

  • Ubuntu Noble 24.04 (LTS)

  • SUSE Enterprise Linux 15 SP7

• CPU

  • Minimum: 4 vCPUs (2.4 GHz or higher)

  • Recommended: 8 vCPUs (2.4 GHz or higher)

• RAM

  • Minimum: 8 GB

  • Recommended: 16 GB

• Disk space

  • Minimum:

    • Total: 64 GB

    • / (root): 25 GB

    • /var: 25 GB

    • /var/tmp: 2 GB

• Supported Container Engines: Docker or Podman

• TLS Certificate

AD FS Server

• An AD FS Server is required for authenticating users.

Exchange Server

• Supported Exchange Servers: 2013, 2016, 2019 or SE

SMTP Server

• An SMTP Server is required for sending emails to the end users. In the Flowscape Solution there are several functions that requires an SMTP integration such as asset booking, admin portal login and reporting issues.
