When Flowscape draws a new map, you will have to review and activate it. Only after that will you be able to see the map in your Flowscape installation.
Part 1: Review the map
- Log into your Workplace Manager, with your company email address.
- Click on "Flowmap" -> "Map Viewer".
- Select Office and Floor.
- Please review all floors of the map, to see if it looks correct.
- If anything is incorrect, please let us know and do not activate the map yet.
- If everything looks fine, proceed to Part 2 (Activate the map).
Part 2: Activate the map
- This is also done in the Workplace Manager.
- Click on "Company" -> "Offices".
- Click on the correct Office.
- Enable "Active".
- The map is now activated in your Flowscape installation.
Any open Flowscape applications (mobile app, webapp) might need to be reloaded to see the change.
