Configure SMTP for emails
If you want to use the Housekeeper functionality, conference room check-in over mail as well as automatic monitoring for the hardware you need to configure the Mail setting.

- For Exchange please follow this guide for instruction.
The "To" address for Housekeeper is set under Configuration - Advanced, key: "housekeeper.mail_address"
The "To address for Monitoring emails is set under Configuration - Advanced, key: "monitor.alert.mail_to"
If you do not have access to the Advanced settings, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to set this up.
Add a username and password to use for login in to the room panel and billboard. More info here.
