Dear Cirrus Users,
Please find the planned maintenance activities on the Yanzi Platform for Q4 2020 below. Please note that the maintenance window for October is not following the normal pattern.
The maintenance windows are organised monthly as follow:
Second Monday each calendar month there will be maintenance on Cirrus Cloud servers.
The following Thursday/weekend there will be maintenance of Gateways and Sensor where needed.
NOTE: In large installations (+200 Sensors) Sensor upgrades may continue over the weekend, though the system will be operational.
Downtime may differ depending on maintenance activity but we always try to keep it as short as possible.

Europe/Asia Cloud servers: 7:00pm-11:00pm GMT
Monday November 9th - Cirrus Cloud servers
US/Australia Cloud servers: 8:00am-12:00pm GMT
Europe/Asia Cloud servers: 7:00pm-11:00pm GMT
Thursday November 12th - Gateway and Sensors
