New Features and Improvements
New Workplace App Available for Beta Testing
Flowscape is launching a completely new platform for the mobile and web applications, now available for beta testing.
Support for Billboard, the Outlook Add-in, and the Room Panel will be released during Q2.
The new platform is designed to improve the user experience and provide a strong foundation for future feature development that enhances the workplace experience.

Etc.
Improved Export and Import Functionality
The export functionality in the Flowscape Portal has been improved for all lists, including Assets, Users, and Sensors.
All fields are now included in exports, and text values are exported in plain text to simplify further processing in tools such as Excel.
The import functionality has been updated accordingly to support these improvements.
Poly Lens Video Bar Integration Added
Flowscape has expanded its already extensive ecosystem of video bar integrations with a new integration to Poly Lens.
This integration enables customers using Poly Studio X30 / X32 (small meeting rooms), X50 / X52 (medium meeting rooms), and X70 / X72 (large meeting rooms) to collect people count data directly from meeting rooms into FlowAnalytics.
By leveraging this data, organizations gain deeper insights into actual room occupancy, helping them understand how effectively meeting rooms are used and enabling more informed workplace optimization decisions.
Reduced Number of Confirmation Emails
We’ve optimized the number of reminder emails and push notifications sent before a booking begins.
If the check-in window opens within 6 hours of the booking start time, users will receive a single reminder when the check-in window opens.
If the check-in window opens more than 6 hours in advance, users will receive two reminders: one when the check-in window opens and another at the start of the booking.
This update reduces unnecessary notifications while ensuring users continue to receive timely reminders, improving the overall user experience.
Login List Temporarily Removed
Based on customer feedback, the Login List has been temporarily removed from the Audit Log.
The feature is planned to return in version 2.9, with access restricted to users with the User Admin role.
External ID Added to the Admin API
To simplify integrations with external systems, an External ID field has been added to the Admin API for Assets, Users, and Bookings.
This field allows identifiers from external systems to be mapped to the corresponding IDs in the Flowscape platform, making it easier to synchronize data and maintain consistent references between systems.
