Flowscape is taking the next step into the future with the launch of our new Workplace Manager, a powerful and modern platform that replaces the current portal and is built for the evolving workplace.

This is more than an upgrade. It is a complete transformation and serves as the foundation for what comes next.

With this platform, Flowscape lays the groundwork for future expansion beyond traditional space management into a comprehensive workplace solution spanning asset and space management, smart cleaning, maintenance, access control, service management, and workplace communication.

A Better Experience, Everywhere

The Workplace Manager brings all existing functionality into a completely redesigned and intuitive experience. It is fully responsive and built for real work, whether you are at your desk or on the move.

With the new map viewer, on-site teams can work faster and smarter. Technicians can update assets, attach photos, and link sensors via QR codes directly from the map, all in real time while moving through the office.

To further improve usability, you can now easily navigate to linked objects, update them, and return to where you started.

A built-in email template editor has also been introduced, making it easy to create and manage email templates directly within Flowscape. Previously, templates had to be created externally as HTML files and uploaded, but this new capability simplifies and streamlines the entire process.

Analytics – Integrated, Smarter, and More Powerful

FlowAnalytics is now fully integrated into the Workplace Manager with a significantly improved user experience.

The redesigned interface makes it easy to get started while maintaining the depth advanced users expect. Users are guided toward actionable insights and better decisions, supported by a new AI Insights section available across all dashboards.

Map Editor Improvements

The Map Editor has been completely redesigned to deliver a faster, smoother, and more intuitive editing experience.

With improved usability and powerful new features, it is now easier than ever to create, update, and manage workplace maps with precision and efficiency.

New capabilities include Save and Publish, giving you full control over when changes go live, as well as Copy and Duplicate functions that streamline and accelerate map creation.

New: Office Climate Analytics

We have expanded our analytics capabilities to include CO₂ levels, temperature, and humidity, providing deeper insight into how the workplace truly performs.

Indoor climate has a direct impact on employee well-being and productivity. Elevated CO₂ levels can reduce focus and decision-making ability, while poor temperature control affects comfort and performance. Balanced humidity further supports a healthier environment.

With these insights, organizations can take data-driven action to create workplaces that are more efficient, comfortable, and productive.

New Integration: Kronox

Flowscape now integrates with Kronox, one of the leading scheduling systems used by Swedish universities.

This integration brings scheduling data directly into Flowscape, enabling seamless booking imports, real-time visualization in the 3D map, and enhanced analytics.

The result is a more connected and transparent view of how spaces are planned and used — helping universities optimize resources and improve the campus experience.

Workplace App Enhancements

The new Workplace App now fully supports Microsoft Intune MAM Conditional Access, an increasingly important requirement as organizations strengthen their IT security. Security and quality have always been top priorities for Flowscape, and this enhancement represents an important step forward that will be highly valued by security conscious customers.

We have introduced several updates to make the Workplace App more flexible, intuitive, and user-friendly:

• Book and cancel on behalf of others
• QR and NFC scanning for faster interaction with workplace assets
• Dark mode support for improved usability in all environments
• Multilingual support (English and Swedish available, with more languages coming soon)
• User skills visible in profile cards to help you find the right people quickly
• Visibility controls accessible from the profile page.

Support for QBIC TD-1070 Room Panel

Flowscape now supports QBIC’s high-end TD-1070 room panel, further expanding our hardware ecosystem.

This integration enables a seamless and premium room booking experience, combining QBIC’s advanced display technology with Flowscape’s powerful workplace platform.
