Outlook plugin - manifest

Please download the manifest.xml for the Outlook plugin from this webpage.

1. Download 'manifest.xml'.
2. If you are running in an on-prem environment, make sure the correct domain is shown under <AppDomains> i.e 'flowscape.se' or 'customer.se'
3. Edit the file and replace "<change-me>" with the correct host name e.g.
   1. https://<change-me>.flowscape.se
   2. https://customer.flowscape.se
4. Then follow Microsoft Add-In installation guide depending on installation platform (this has to be done by an Admin on customers Office365).
