Customize the Workplace app from your profile. To open it, select your avatar in the top right of the Home view.

Switch between 2D and 3D map

The Office view can show your office layout in 3D or 2D. 3D gives a more visual sense of the space; 2D is faster and simpler.

1. Open your profile by selecting your avatar in the top right of the Home view.
2. Toggle 3D Map on or off.

When 3D Map is off, the Office view uses a 2D floor plan instead.

Show or hide yourself on the map

You can choose whether or not your colleagues see you on the office map.

1. Open your profile by selecting your avatar in the top right of the Home view.
2. Toggle visibility on or off.

When visibility is off, your name and photo are hidden from the map view. Your bookings remain visible, and you can still book resources as usual.

Switch to dark mode

The Workplace app supports light mode, dark mode, or a theme set by your administrator.

1. Open your profile by selecting your avatar in the top right of the Home view.
2. Under Appearance, choose one of the options:
   • Light — the standard light theme.
   • Dark — the dark theme.
   • System — uses the theme set by your administrator.

Change your language

The Workplace app is available in several languages.

1. Open your profile by selecting your avatar in the top right of the Home view.
2. Select Language.
3. Choose your preferred language.

Find your app version and privacy policy

If you need to contact support or check the privacy policy, you can find this information at the bottom of the Profile view.

1. Open your profile by selecting your avatar in the top right of the Home view.
2. Scroll to About.
3. Select Privacy policy to read the privacy policy.
