If you find a broken or damaged item in the office, report it through the app so it can be fixed. Anyone can also see what's already been reported, which helps avoid duplicate reports and creates transparency about ongoing issues.
Report a broken asset
Report any broken or damaged item by opening it in the Office view.
- Go to the Office tab.
- Find the asset on the map or in the list.
- Select the asset to open its details.
- In the Issues section, select Report issue.
- Enter a description of the problem.
- Optionally, add a photo by selecting Take photo or Upload from gallery.
- Select Send report.
After you submit a report, the asset is marked on the map with a yellow exclamation icon so other users can see the issue has been flagged.
View existing issue reports on the map
Anyone can see what's been reported as broken in the office. This makes it easy to know whether something has already been flagged before reporting it again.
Spot reported issues on the map
Assets with active issues are marked with a yellow exclamation icon on the map.
See the report details
- Select an asset with a yellow icon.
- In the Issues section, select Reports.
- Browse the list of reported issues, including descriptions, photos, and report dates.
