You can create an issue report anytime something in the office is broken or not working, such as equipment, desks, or issues in a room.
Create an Issue Report
- Click on any object you want to report on the map
- In the Quick View window, click on the Report issue icon. Here, you can describe the issue with the asset.
- You can also attach a photo of the malfunctioning object if desired.
- After adding a description, click “Send”,
- The issue is now reported and will be visible with a warning icon to indicate the reported issue.
- Assets that has a reported issue will have a warning icon on the asset. The issue report can be viewed by others from the quick view window.
