Filter & Search

With the Filter function, you can choose to see rooms or desks based on your criteria. 

Two types of items are available to filter via the buttons on the bottom of the right side panel: "Rooms" and "desks". You can also search for Colleagues via this function. 

Open Filters

Clicking on one of the icons will open filters for the selected type (filter functions are only available for Rooms or Workstations/desks)

Hide Filters 

Clicking on the "hide" button will close the filter view. Selected filters will still be active. 

Clear filters

Clicking on the "Clear filters" button will reset to default and clear all active filters. The “Clear filters” button is found in the filter selection box

Changing the type will also reset filters. Clicking on an item (opening Quick View window) will always set the filter type to the item's type.

Text Search

On the top of the right side panel we have a free text search field

• Tap or click anywhere on the search field to search for an item. A virtual keyboard will be displayed 
• Type to search in the list visible under the search field. You will only search in the selected filter type (room, workstation, or colleague). Changing the type will not reset/remove the search string.
