I can’t log in (Smartphone & Desktop app)
This issue can depend on several factors:
- Make sure that you have entered your Active Directory username
- Make sure that you have entered the correct password
- That you are using the correct network (if your company’s preset for Flowscape to work is based on a specific network and potentially a VPN connection)
- If all of the above is correct but the problem still stands, please contact the system administrator
Can I cancel a booked room via the smartphone app?
Open the app main menu by tapping on the Menu button on the top left or slide to the right on the screen for the menu to appear. Here, tap on “Profile” to see your booked rooms for the day. Tap on the “End meeting” red X button to cancel the room booking
I can’t find a function for how long to book a room in the Android app
In the app, tap on the Filter button on the top right corner or slide to the left on the screen for the Filter menu to appear. Here, tick the “Available only” box. Now you can filter available meeting rooms based on how long you need the room
I lost my meeting room booking after the meeting had started – why?
You must check-in on the Room Panel outside the meeting room before the meeting starts – otherwise your booking will be canceled 15 minutes after the meeting start time
Why is the Room Panel frame yellow?
The Room Panel frame shines a yellow light on two different occasions:
When the room is booked but the meeting hasn’t started yet
The room is occupied by someone who hasn’t booked it
Why can’t I cancel the Instant Meeting I just booked via the Room Panel?
Wait approximately 30 seconds for the system to sync with Exchange, then try to cancel the meeting again
I want to book a room but all the rooms on the Flowmap are grey – why?
This means that the system isn’t connected to Outlook – please contact the system administrator
Why can’t I book a room on the Room Panel for a meeting in 3 hours?
The Instant Meeting function on the Room Panels isn’t a personal booking, which means that others can’t see who booked the room for an upcoming meeting. To book an upcoming meeting, please use the smartphone app.
My roompanel shows a battery icon
You can try to reboot it by following this procedure:
- Disconnect ETH/PoE cable
- Press reset
- Reconnect Cable
