How to block a desk

This article explains how to block an existing desk on the map.

1. Log into the Flowscape Portal as admin-user.
2. "Company Structure"--> "Desk-types":
   Ensure that a type with "Mode = Blocked" exists. If neccessary you may add it.
   
3. "Company Structure" --> "Desks":
   Edit any desk that you would like to be blocked, change the type to the appropriate desk-type that has the blocked feature. In this case the name is "Blocked".
   
4. Click "Save".
5. It takes about 10 minutes for the changes to be applied.
